The site safety officer or her/his <br /> alternate will notify outside emergency response agencies (ER) as needed, the branch safety officer, <br /> and the project supervisor/manager. The branch safety officer will make any required reports to local, <br /> state, and federal agencies. At a minimum personnel who inhale <br /> hazardous materials must be removed to fresh air. Personnel who are contaminated with hazardous <br /> materials by contact should rinse the area of contact for a minimum of 15 minutes.
