This project is proposed to be installed in July of 2003. The <br /> following deficiencies/discrepancies must be corrected prior to approval: <br /> 1. State on revised plan to indicate that requirements of section 25290.1 Health and Safety <br /> Code (HSC) are satisfied. Section 25290.1(HSC) is the design and construction <br /> requirements for underground storage tanks installed after July 1, 2003. (copy of this <br /> section could be viewed on the web site: http://www.swrcb.ca. og v/cwphome/ust/. <br /> 2. State on revised plan to show the vent lines, vapor recovery lines, and fill pipes that are <br /> beneath the surface of the ground have secondary containment. <br /> 3.
