Comments: <br /> Routine inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> No violations or areas of concern. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)TPID certificate is posted behind the front counter. <br /> 2.)Waste tire manifests from "MLTR Company"were available for review. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directly and are stored outdoors on the southwest side of the shop. <br /> 4.) Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Ron Dahnke (owner). <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire manifests, disposal receipts, and logs for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores it's waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report will be emailed to ronsautosvc@comcast.net <br />
