PUBLIC WORKS• <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> b. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate <br /> a twenty-five foot (251 ) wide strip along the easterly lines of <br /> Parcel 1, 2 , 3 , and 4 . <br /> C. An access easement from Lehman Road to the southerly line <br /> of Parcel 1 shall be provided. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br />
