1.98 "Reinstated"or t.!instatement" means, with respect to the treatment of a Claim or Interest under this Plan, that the Claim or Interest will not be impaired, as that term is used in Section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code. 1.99 "Released Parties" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Article XII section B of the Plan. 1.100 "Reorganized Debtor" means each of Reorganized SFAC,Reorganized SFC,Reorganized SFC Sub, Reorganized SFAC-NH,Reorganized SFC-NH,Reorganized SFFC,Reorganized SFC-SPV,and Reorganized GWI and "Reorganized Debtors" means all of them. 1.101 "Reorganized " means the identified entity on and after the Effective Date. 1.102 "Scheduled" means, with respect to any Claim or Interest,that a Debtor has listed the Claim or Interest in its Schedules. 1.103 "Schedules" means the schedules of assets and liabilities and the statements of financial affairs filed in the Bankruptcy Court by the Debtors or any of them,as they may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with Fed.R. Bankr.P. 1009 or orders of the Bankruptcy Court. 1.104 "Secured Claim" means a Claim,other than any 13%Discount Debenture Claim, that is secured by a Lien upon Collateral. 1.105 "Senior Note(s)" means, individually and collectively,the 12'/a%Senior Notes and 11'/4%Senior Notes. 1.106 "Senior Note Claim" means a Claim of a holder of Senior Notes arising under or as a result of the 12'/s%Senior Notes or 11'/4%Senior Notes,as the case may be. 1.107 "Senior Notes Indenture(s)" means,collectively,the 12'/a% Senior Notes Indenture and 11'/4%a Senior Notes Indenture. 1.108 "SFAC" means Specialty Foods Acquisition Corporation,a Delaware corporation. 1.109 "SFAC-NH" means SFAC New Holdings,Inc.,a Delaware corporation. 1.110 "SFAC-NH Pledge Agreement"means the pledge agreement, dated as of June 11, 1999,by SFAC in favor of the Collateral Agent, under which SFAC-NH pledged the 13%Discount Debenture Collateral to the Collateral Agent for ;:s benefit and the ratable benefit of the i3%Discount Debenture Holders. 1.111 "SFC"means Specialty Foods Corporation,a Delaware corporation. 1.112 "SFC Bondholder Claim" means a Claim of a holder of SFC Bonds,arising under or as a result of SFC Bonds. 1.113 "SFC Bonds" means any or all of SFC's 10'/4%Senior Notes due 2001,SFC's 11'/e%Senior Notes Due 2002,and SFCs 11'/4%Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2003. 1.114 "SFC-NH"means SFC New Holdings,Inc.,a Delaware corporation. 1.115 "SFC-SPV" means SFC-SPV Corp.,a Delaware corporation. 1.116 "SFC Sub"means SFC Sub,Inc.,a Delaware corporation. 1.117 "SFFB"means SanFran FB,Inc.,a Non-Debtor Subsidiary. 1.118 "SFFB Holdings" meats SFFB Holdings,Inc.,a Delaware corporation.
