Immediately <br /> close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. If <br /> the yellow container will only be used as secondary containment any oil spills inside need to be cleaned per and <br /> disposed of Title 22. This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> The containers that were not properly labeled during time of inspection: <br /> - Black 55 gallon drum of oily debris on south west side of shop did not have hazardous property or start accumulation <br /> date. <br /> -Yellow container used as secondary containment on the south west side of the shop with oil spills inside had no <br /> hazardous waste label. <br /> -Yellow 20 gallon container of oily used absorbent on the south west side of the shop had no hazardous waste label. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information.
