The manager stated
that the rising sewage was coming from one of the sewer caps but not the other. Prior to my arrival, a city inspector was on
site and had a sewage pump truck called to pump all sewage from the parking lot before it entered into the storm drained.
While the truck was on site, the manager stated that the sewer drain was cleaned out for debris that may have entered and
was causing the water the rise. During my observation it was allowed the sinks to flow while flushing the toilets and place
additional water down the floor drain. All water went down with ease and not water arose from the sewer cap in front of the
facility. It was observed that the women's restroom contains a foul odor of sewage but not was observed all pipes do not
contain leaks.Advised manager to remove all debris from all floor sinks, as well as monitor outside activity for any form of
rising sewage.Facility is permitted to operate once again.
Official inspection report emailed.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
v
Received by: Name and Title: fredy canales, manager
EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)468-0337
FA0002577 C00051435 SC544 01/09/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
