The liquid would come out when water
was turned on at the sinks in the facility. There were some solids where the liquid was coming out.The contaminated water
had not reached the storm drain. He called the city of Stockton public works to inform them about the sewage backing up in the
parking lot. Public works arrived at about 2:50 pm and began assessing the extend of the clog. The public works employee
said it was grease. He called for a pumper truck. He said they will pump out the grease and clean out the area.
Call environmental health department at 209-468-3420 for a reinspection to reopen.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
J
Received by: Name and Title: Fredy Canales, mgr
EH Specialist: VIDAL PEDRAZA Phone: (209)468-0334
FA0002577 C00051435 SC544 01/09/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
