1V1N3WN08IAN3
.
Industry Standards Testing OZOZ ti833
City of Stockton Police Department
22 East Market Street, Stockton, CA 95202
Industry Standards testing was performed on January 29, 2020, as prescribed by the
guidelines of the Steel Tank Institute and the requirements of the SPCC Plan Section
112.8(c)(6).
§ 112.8 Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plan requirements for onshore
facilities (excluding production facilities).
(c) Bulk storage containers.
(6) Test each aboveground container for integrity on a regular schedule, and whenever
you make material repairs. The frequency of and type of testing must take into account
container size and design (such as floating roof, skid mounted, elevated, or partially
buried). You must combine visual inspections with another testing technique such as
hydrostatic testing, radiographic testing, ultrasound testing, acoustic emissions testing, or
another system of nondestructive shell testing. You must keep comparison records and
you must also inspect the container's supports and foundations. In addition, you must
frequently inspect the outside of the container for signs of deterioration, discharges, or
accumulation of oil inside diked areas. Records of inspections and tests kept under usual
and customary business practices will suffice for purposes of this paragraph.
Industry Standards testing was performed utilizing a Certified Ashcroft T5500 SS 0-5 psi
Pressure Gauge. Calibration of the certified testing device was performed and passed on
January 29, 2020, prior to conducting the Industry Standards test evaluations.
Industry Standards testing consisted of pneumatic pressure testing of the primary tank.
Testing was performed to 3.0 psi over a continuous 60-minute period. No defects were
observed throughout the fuel tank and the systems are in compliance with CFR
112.8(c)(6) testing requirements.
Test frequency is based on a twenty-year cycle as the tank systems are Category 1.
Gary Reeves
Awe
Certified Steel Tank Institute Level I 0-all Rtwaa
& Level 11 Tank System Inspector + ra
SP001 #11111
NDT-UT#0001 * El 516a(
ASNT-TC-1A#073128
Certified Environmental Professional a oe`Qea
