No disposal records for <br /> used coolant waste were observed during the inspection. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination on <br /> any waste that is generated through the repair company. If the waste is deemed to be hazardous, manage <br /> according to hazardous waste laws and regulations. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 104 CCR 66262.34(4)(2)No modified contingency plan. <br /> A complete modified contingency plan is lacking. The location of the spill equipment was not found and the plan <br /> was not posted. There must be at least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency <br /> response measures, and the following information must be posted by a phone:the name and phone number of the <br /> emergency coordinator; location of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present,fire alarm; and the <br /> phone number of the fire department, unless the facility has a direct alarm.
