Charter Way <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />EPA Identification Number: CAR 000 153 221 <br />Dear Mr. Vong: <br />On May 26, 2006, a hazardous waste compliance inspection was conducted by representatives of <br />the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA"), at QB Rebuilders Inc., located in <br />Stockton, California, with EPA Identification Number CAR 000 153 221. During the course of <br />this investigation, information was gathered in accordance with Section 3007(a) of the Resource <br />Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA"), as amended {42 U.S.C. §6927). <br />Pursuant to Section 3008 of RCRA {42 U.S.C. § 69281, the EPA required you to correct the <br />identified areas of noncompliance and to submit documentation of their correction to the EPA <br />within 30 days from the date of your receipt of the "Notice of Violation" sent by the EPA on <br />September 5, 2006. <br />QB Rebuilders Inc.'s submittals, dated June 5 and September 14, 2006, adequately address the <br />violations which were noted during the inspection, and document QB Rebuilders Inc.'s return to <br />compliance with the regulations cited in the inspection report. This letter should not be <br />construed as a determination by the EPA of your compliance with any other applicable <br />regulation. <br />
