Longe Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> ZIP <br /> _ PERMIT CONDITIONS <br /> Premier Coatings Inc. has been classified by the City of Stockton as 40 CFR 433 - Metal Finishing Point Source <br /> Category, Subpart A - Metal Finishing Subcategory, Section 433.17 - Pretreatment Standards for New Sources <br /> (PSNS) category. <br /> Permittee shall not exceed the following discharge limitiations: <br /> FLOW: 50,000 Gallons Per Month <br /> - Permittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements contained in this Wastewater <br /> Discharge Permit, including all attachments, references, General Permit Conditions and Self-Monitoring Sample <br /> Program. <br /> - Permittee shall fully comply will all provisions, limitations, and requirements of the Stockton Municipal Code, <br /> sections13.08 and 13.12; and 40 CFR Parts 136, 403 and 433. <br /> - Permittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of local, state, and federal regulations, <br /> including subtitles C and D of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and 40 CFR parts 260 through 271. <br /> - Permittee shall submit monthly self-monitoring reports to the City of Stockton Environmental Control section no <br /> later than the 10th day of the month following the reporting period. <br /> The above named shall report to the City of Stockton Regional Wastewater Control <br /> Facility, any change, (permanent or temporary) to the premise or operation that <br /> significantly change the quality or volume of the wastewater discharge or deviate from <br /> the terms and conditions under which this permit is granted. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE February 29, 2020 EXPIRATION DATE February 28, 2025 <br /> //-3 0 ,026 APPROVED BY: <br /> D TED Director of Muniip Itilities <br /> POST PERMIT IN PLAIN VIEW <br />
