INTRODUCTION <br /> This Sale by Reference pamphlet contains standard Instructions, Terms, and Conditions <br /> normally applicable to the Sealed Bid, Sealed Bid-Term, Spot Bid and Auction methods of <br /> sale conducted by the Defense Logistics Services Center and Defense Surplus Sales Offices. <br /> Particular attention is invited to the fact that this pamphlet contains the January 1970 <br /> edition of Standard Form 114 series of General Sale Terms and Conditions applicable to the <br /> sale of Government property.
