Overbuying may result in forfeiture of your bid deposit or assessment of storage <br /> charges. <br /> 3. Be sure your bid is responsive. Bids are solicited on many different bases, i.e., pound, <br /> foot, each, ton, etc. Be sure your bid is submitted on the proper basis. <br /> 4. Always verify your unit price and your total price before signing and mailing the bid. <br /> Mistakes can prove costly to you and will delay processing your bid. <br /> 5. Be sure to address your bid to the exact mailing address given in the sales catalog. Use <br /> the proper Zip Code. <br /> 6. Mail your bid early to allow extra time for postal handling. <br /> 7.
