Mr. Fredric Clark <br /> September 13, 2013 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Nonetheless, because the Site still contains contaminants that exceed their respective <br /> human health and environmental screening standards for residential and other sensitive <br /> uses, the following uses for the Site are not suitable until the recommendations of the PEA <br /> have been implemented: <br /> • A residence, including any mobile home or factory built housing, constructed or <br /> installed for use as residential human habitation. <br /> • A hospital for humans. <br /> • A public or private school for persons under 21 years of age. <br /> • A day care center for children. <br /> • A long-term care facility for the elderly, handicapped, or infirm. <br /> • Any other purpose involving residential occupancy on a 24-hour basis. <br /> Additionally, soil should not be disturbed without prior approval from DTSC. <br /> DTSC does not plan to conduct additional cleanup activities using public funds.
