The temperature (2.5CC) of the sample was <br /> measured upon arrival in the laboratory and was within acceptable limits. The <br /> sample was logged into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), <br /> given a laboratory identification number, and stored in refrigeration units pending <br /> analysis. <br /> Tests Performed <br /> Testing was performed in accordance to the chain-of-custody instructions.
