APP <br /> Well Installation and Sampling at California National Guard Field Maintenance Shop <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Employees with questions on this policy or issues related to drug or alcohol use in the <br /> workplace should raise their concerns with the Human Resources Department without fear of <br /> reprisal. <br /> 9.4 SITE SANITATION PLAN (SECTION 02) <br /> Cool potable drinking water will be available to all employees during work activities. Toilet <br /> facilities are located at the site. <br /> 9.5 ACCESS AND HAUL ROAD PLAN (43) <br /> This Plan is N/A for this project. <br /> 9.6 RESPIRATORY PROTECTION PLAN (05.G) <br /> Respirators are not anticipated for this site. For completeness, however, respiratory protection is <br /> described further in the SSHP. <br /> 9.7 HEALTH HAZARD CONTROL PROGRAM (06.A) <br /> As per EM 385-1-1, 06.A.02, All operations, materials, and equipment shall be evaluated to <br /> determine the presence of hazardous environments or if hazardous or toxic agents could be <br /> released into the work environment. An Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) shall be used for the <br /> evaluation. An AHA for each major phase/significant work activity is given in Appendix B. <br /> 9.8 HAZARD COMMUNICATION PROGRAM (06.8.01) <br /> To comply with 29 CFR 1910.1200, Hazard Communication, the following excerpt from OTIE- <br /> TN&A's written Hazard Communication Program is incorporated into this APP/SSHP. <br /> All employees will be briefed on this program and have a written copy for review. <br /> All containers of all chemical products used on site will be: <br /> (1) Marked as to its contents <br /> (2) Labeled with hazard chemical warnings and <br /> (3) Labeled with the name and address of the manufacturer. <br /> All secondary containers will be labeled with either an extra copy of the original manufacturer's <br /> label or with generic labels that have a block for identification and blocks for the hazard warning. <br /> Copies of MSDS for all hazardous chemicals brought onto the site, such as, decontamination <br /> chemicals, gasoline and other fuels, equipment calibration gases, etc. will be maintained in the <br /> work area. MSDS will be available to all employees for review during each work shift. In addition <br /> to MSDS, the Hazardous Material Inventory Form (Appendix H) will be used to inventory <br /> hazardous materials and will be made available to all employees. <br /> Prior to starting work, each employee will attend a health and safety orientation and will receive <br /> information and training on an overview of the requirements contained in the Hazard <br /> Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200 and applicable sections of CaIOSHA Group 16 <br /> OT I E 26 <br />
