<br /> private and government clients on projects including soil excavations,
<br /> UST removals, erosion control, groundwater treatment systems and fuel
<br /> system upgrades. Mr. Medley served as project estimator, project
<br /> manager, field technical lead, and hazardous waste transportation and
<br /> disposal coordinator. Mr. Medley was responsible for budget tracking,
<br /> equipment and supply procurement, vendor/subcontractor management
<br /> and client interaction. He prepared all forms of work plan documentation,
<br /> including bid submittals, work plans, daily/weekly reports, summary
<br /> reports, and closeout reports.
