This will ensure that <br /> proper controls were implemented and that the corrective actions remain a part of the safety <br /> program. The CSHM is a good source to assist in conducting this review. The CSHM can <br /> determine if the investigations are completed in a timely manner, if they are thorough and if they <br /> are accurate. The CSHM will recommend any additional corrective action needed and monitor <br /> the implementation of any recommended controls. <br />
