h" KLEINFELDER
1 INTRODUCTION
Kleinfelder is pleased to present this workplan for a Phase 3 Groundwater Assessment to Leprino
Foods. This workplan was developed after discussions with Mr. John Ewing, using Kleinfelder's
current understanding of the site conditions, and is a preliminary understanding of the Regional Water
Quality Control Board Central Valley Office's (RWQCB) and the San Joaquin County Environmental
Health Division's (SJCEHD) desires and requirements.
Kleinfelder is committed to providing a high level of service to its clients, commensurate with their
wants and needs. If a portion of this request does not meet the needs of the client, or if those needs
have changed, Meinfelder stands ready to consider appropriate modifications, subject to the standards
of care to which we adhere as professionals. Modifications such as changes in scope, methodology,
scheduling, and contract terms and conditions may result in changes to the risks assumed by the client,
as well as adjustments to our fees. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you.
24-220176-FOI/CR43-8 (1994) Page I of 13 June 3, 1994
Copyright 1994 Kleinfelder, Inc.
