Additional information needed includes the expected total influent to the system <br /> (including all other sources other than effluent from the oil/water separator), the capacity of the <br /> system, the discharge rate from the system, the system's method of treatment, and any volume and <br /> concentration limits on discharges to the City's treatment system. Additional information needed on <br /> the proposed remediation are a flow diagram which includes the industrial wastewater treatment <br /> system, the type of oil/water separator ordered, the expected date of installation of the oil/water <br /> separator, and the expected date when the analytical results of effluent from the oil/water separator <br /> and the industrial wastewater treatment system will be available. I have requested the above <br /> information from you several times by telephone but have not yet received anything. The requested <br /> information shall be submitted by 17 December 1993. <br /> As you know, there have been significant delays already in this project, and we have had difficulty <br /> getting information from you.
