CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 93-811 <br /> FOR <br /> LEPRINO FOODS <br /> TRACY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Specific sample station locations are established under direction of the Board's staff. <br /> Prior to construction, plans and specifications for ground water monitoring and/or extraction <br /> wells shall be submitted to Board staff for review and approval. After construction, new <br /> wells are to be sampled and analyzed for the constituents below and added to the monitoring <br /> program. <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> There are two monitoring wells onsite as shown in Figure 2. Monitoring wells with free <br /> phase petroleum product or visible sheen shall be monitored for product thickness and depth <br /> to ground water only. The ground water monitoring program for the two monitoring wells <br /> and any additional wells installed subsequently, shall include the following: <br /> Constituents unila !)= of Sample Sampling Frequency <br /> Depth to ground Feet ------- Quarterly <br /> water' <br /> Free Product Feet ------- Quarterly <br /> thickness <br /> TPH as diesel µg/1 Grab Quarterly <br /> Benzene µg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Toluene µg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Ethylbenzene µg/1 Grab Quarterly <br /> Xylene µg!1 Grab Quarterly <br /> ' Until Leprino has three wells onsite, Mobil monitoring wells also shall be measured for <br /> ground water elevations. <br /> REPORTING <br /> Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 30th day of the month following the <br /> end of each calendar quarter until such time that the Executive Officer determines that the <br /> reports are no longer neessary. These reports shall include the following in tabular form: <br /> water quality analytical data, depth to ground water, free product thickness, and ground <br /> water elevations. In addition, ground water contour maps shall be provided for each quarter. <br />
