Mr. Robert Garcia -3 - 8 July 2005 <br /> removes as much SPH as possible and incorporates appropriate technologies to remove residual soil and <br /> dissolved-phase pollutants, Leprino and Regional Board staff will review the monitoring data to <br /> determine when it is appropriate to decommission remediation systems and terminate monitoring. <br /> The Cleanup Plan as submitted is acceptable as an Interim Cleanup Plan. A final Cleanup Plan will be <br /> required at such time as Leprino can define the steps to take for dissolved phase remediation. The <br /> additional characterization work may proceed. Prior to installation of the additional monitoring and <br /> extraction wells,Leprino should submit their recommendation for the final location of the wells for <br /> Regional Board staff concurrence. Please notify staff 72 hours prior to the initiation of the field work so <br /> that we may arrange to be present to observe the work. A report containing the details of the <br /> investigation and well installation will be due 60 days after completion of the installation.
