The objective of this Work Plan is to better
characterize groundwater conditions downgradient of the LFC plant property line with respect to
dissolved diesel concentrations.
This Work Plan has been submitted in addition to the document entitled Proposed Remediation
System Enhancements and Recommended Modifications to Monitoring and Reporting
Program,
dated September 22, 2003, which addresses site remediation, recommendations for changes to
the Monitoring and Reporting Plan and the proposed pathway to site closure.
Soil and groundwater samples will be field screened and selectively submitted for laboratory
analysis.
