Box 2009
Stockton, California 95201
RE: PERMANENT SITE CLOSURE FOR GLENBRIAR ESTATES,
27383 SOUTH MacARTHUR DRIVE,TRACY, CALIFORNIA
Dear Mr. Infurna:
American Environmental Management Corporation (AEMC) is pleased to inform you that
all remediation activities at Glenbriar Estates located at 27383 MacArthur Drive in Tracy,
California (site) have concluded. The hydrocarbon affected soil stockpiles excavated from
the former T-3 underground storage tank (UST) excavation (SP-2 and SP-3 in Figure 1)
were disposed of at Forward, Inc. in Stockton, California on 17 May 1992 through
19 May 1992. Included with this letter are the delivery manifests exhibiting the volume of
soil removed from the site. The total volume of soil delivered to the Forward landfill was
approximately 144 cubic yards. All materials and debris related to the UST remediation
effort have been removed from the site and the T-3 excavation has been backfilled with
clean soil to ground surface level by Homestead Land Development personnel. Soil
stockpile SP-1 in Figure 1 was used as backfill material for the excavation. AEMC
recommends that no further work be performed at the site and a permanent site closure be
granted for Glenbriar Estates.
If a final site inspection is required or if you have any questions, please call.
.RED GFO
Sincerely, S 11CV-
° 3 8
r
Greg W.
