PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 27383 South Mac Arthur Drive, Tracy , in the County of San Joaquin <br /> (APN - 248040-032)• and- has ,been reviewed by San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division. The plan is <br /> a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which <br /> contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases associated with <br /> underground storage tanks which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental 'impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Environmental Health Division office, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, <br /> Stockton, during normal working hours, 8: 00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. <br /> Questions regarding the procedures or specific site should be <br /> directed to Michael Infurna at (209) 468-3454. <br /> i <br /> Dated: <br /> By.
