I%'.Ei,T <br /> RE: TANK CLOSURE REPORT <br /> GLENBRM ESTATES,TRACY, CALIFORNIA <br /> Dear Mr. Snavely- <br /> On <br /> navelyOn behalf of Homestead Land Development, American Environmental Management <br /> Corporation (AEMC) is pleased to submit the enclosed tank closure report for <br /> Glenbnar Estates in Tracy, California <br /> Three underground storage tanks were removed during the period 15-16 November 1990 <br /> The removal activities were conducted under San Joaquin County Local Health District <br /> Peanut Number 90-0322. The tanks excavated from the site were transported to Enckson's, <br /> Inc, located in Richmond, Calnforrua, for metal recycling <br /> The analytical results of the confirmation soil samples collected indicate moderate levels of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon are present at the fill pipe end of the excavation that had contained <br /> the 10,000-gallon diesel tank The analytical results of soil samples collected from the <br /> gasoline tank cluster indicate the absence of hydrocarbon contamination <br /> Upon approval of San Joaquin County Local Health District, the excavations at Glenbnar <br /> Estates will be backfilled with clean material. <br /> If you have any questions regarding the enclosed report, please contact Ms. Kathleen <br /> Amaru or me at (916) 364-8872. <br /> �G\S��R�O GEDCO%.� <br /> S erely, <br /> 9.
