The State Water Resource Control Board(SWRCB)will invoice you directly for activities performed <br /> under the auspices of the Local UST Oversight Program. The goal of the site evaluation performed by Public Health <br /> Services Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) is to certify closures of underground storage tank leakage sites <br /> pursuant to Califorinia Code of Regulations, Division 3, Chapter 16, Article 11 (Corrective Action Regulations). <br /> These regulations govern the investigation and mitigation activities at leaking underground storage tank sites. To <br /> obtain a copy, please contact the SWRCB at (916) 657-2390.
