The Hazardous Material Business Plan was <br /> not submitted for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> All violations were corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> All violations were corrected on site. The beaches, Tuscan patio area, trails, phase 3 building mound, phase 1 <br /> and 2 building mounds. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
