Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System(CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and <br /> submit to the END for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#5-Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for carbon dioxide was not complete. The mak daily amount is listed as <br /> 400 gallons. Please change the max daily amount to say 300 pounds.The chemical inventory was not submitted for <br /> the years of 2018, 2019, and 2020. <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list <br /> it on the map and label as"NA".
