SITE CHRONOLOGY CHEVRON 9-3232 8660 LOWER SACRAMENTO ROAD LOP SITE CODE: 1161 CVRWQCB CASE # 390830 APN: 07917039 12/04/1993 The date of the UST piping and dispenser upgrades . All piping was removed and soil was excavated to approximately 2 to 3 feet bsg. Soil samples were collected for analysis from beneath the piping. 12/30/ 1993 On this date approximately 80 cubic yards of soil that was generated during the upgrade, was transported to Forward Landfill for disposal . 01/20/ 1994 The date of the Touchstone Development (TD) untitled report describing the removal of piping and contaminated soil. The UST systems were reactivated after upgrades. 11/20/1998 The date of the Gettler Ryan Inc. (G-R) Monitoring Well Installation Report describing the installation of 3 on-site MWs. Ground water contamination was first documented at this time. The highest soil and ground water contamination (TPH-g, BTEX) was evidenced in MW-2. 03/11/1999 All four USTs and associated dispensers and piping were removed from the site: one 1000-gallon UST used to store waste oil and three 10,000- gallon USTs used to store gasoline. G-R observed the UST and piping removal and collected all the soil samples that were required. One grab water sample was collected from the perched water table in the UST excavation. 04/27/1999 The date of the TD report Compliance Sampling Associated with Station Demolition at Chevron Station 9-3232. 08/03/2001 Secor International Inc. (Secor) began the advancement of 9 CPTs on-site and off-site. 10/23/2001 The date of the Secor Site Assessment Report and Work Plan for Further Assessment. 02/04/2002 The date Secor began the advancement of 6 additional MWs on-site and off-site. 01 /17/2003 Secor' s Site Assessment Report for the 2002 MW installation and sampling.
