SITE CHRONOLOGY <br /> CHEVRON 9-3232 <br /> 8660 LOWER SACRAMENTO ROAD <br /> LOP SITE CODE: 1161 <br /> CVRWQCB CASE # 390830 <br /> APN: 07917039 <br /> 12/04/1993 The date of the UST piping and dispenser upgrades . All piping was <br /> removed and soil was excavated to approximately 2 to 3 feet bsg. Soil <br /> samples were collected for analysis from beneath the piping. <br /> 12/30/ 1993 On this date approximately 80 cubic yards of soil that was generated during <br /> the upgrade, was transported to Forward Landfill for disposal . <br /> 01/20/ 1994 The date of the Touchstone Development (TD) untitled report describing <br /> the removal of piping and contaminated soil. The UST systems were <br /> reactivated after upgrades. <br /> 11/20/1998 The date of the Gettler Ryan Inc. (G-R) Monitoring Well Installation <br /> Report describing the installation of 3 on-site MWs. Ground water <br /> contamination was first documented at this time. The highest soil and <br /> ground water contamination (TPH-g, BTEX) was evidenced in MW-2. <br /> 03/11/1999 All four USTs and associated dispensers and piping were removed from <br /> the site: one 1000-gallon UST used to store waste oil and three 10,000- <br /> gallon USTs used to store gasoline. G-R observed the UST and piping <br /> removal and collected all the soil samples that were required. One grab <br /> water sample was collected from the perched water table in the UST <br /> excavation. <br /> 04/27/1999 The date of the TD report Compliance Sampling Associated with Station <br /> Demolition at Chevron Station 9-3232. <br /> 08/03/2001 Secor International Inc. (Secor) began the advancement of 9 CPTs on-site <br /> and off-site. <br /> 10/23/2001 The date of the Secor Site Assessment Report and Work Plan for Further <br /> Assessment. <br /> 02/04/2002 The date Secor began the advancement of 6 additional MWs on-site and <br /> off-site. <br /> 01 /17/2003 Secor' s Site Assessment Report for the 2002 MW installation and <br /> sampling. <br />
