Quarterly Monitoring and Remediation Report - First Quarter 2007 <br /> THATER PROPERTY (former TUCKER CONSTRUCTION) <br /> 336 East Locust Street,Lodi, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Ms. Lucy Thater, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this <br /> quarterly report for the property located at 336 East Locust Street, Lodi, California. The scope of <br /> work during the first quarter 2007 included the following activities: <br /> • 18 January 2007-performance of aground water monitoring event on wells MW-1 through <br /> MW-5. <br /> • 26 January 2007 - initiation of ground water extraction from well MW-1; pump is set to <br /> operate from 0800-hour(hr)to 1800-hr. <br /> • 02 February 2007-approximately 2,200 gallons of ground water extracted from well MW-1 <br /> were pumped from a steel closed-top Baker Tank on-site; 10 drums of soil generated during <br /> previous drilling activities were removed from the site and disposed. <br /> • 05 February 2007-initiation of soil vapor extraction(SVE)remediation utilizing well VW-1 <br /> under the verbal directive of the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District(APCD); <br /> collection of soil-vapor samples from the SVE system influent and effluent ports; sampling <br /> of ground water extracted from well MW-1; SVE system set to operate from 0800-hr to <br /> 1800-hr. <br /> • 07 and 09 February 2007 - SVE system and ground water extraction system monitoring. <br /> • 12, 19, and 26 February 2007 - SVE system monitoring and sampling and ground water <br /> extraction system monitoring. <br /> • 05 March 2007-SVE system monitoring and sampling and ground water extraction system <br /> monitoring.Adjusted operational hours on remediation units to run from 0615-hr to 2000-hr. <br /> Adjusted pressure switch for better pump rate (ground water extraction). <br /> • 12 and 19 March 2007-SVE system monitoring and sampling and ground water extraction <br /> system monitoring. <br /> • 21 March 2007 - SVE system and ground water extraction system monitoring. <br /> • 26 March 2007-SVE system monitoring and sampling and ground water extraction system <br /> monitoring. <br /> • 28 March 2007 - SVE system and ground water extraction system monitoring. <br /> In February 2007,the client began construction of a house on the property and the foundation of the <br /> house was laid over monitoring well MW-3. Temporary access to well MW-3 is possible through <br /> a conduit in the foundation.AGE is currently evaluating destruction alternatives for the well,which <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
