If there is no field evidence of soil <br /> contamination,the soil samples to be analyzed should be from the bottom of the soil borings. Any soil <br /> samples evidencing contamination must be analyzed. <br /> Soil samples collected in the area of the former gasoline'UST's are to be analyzed for the following <br /> chemicals using the following methods: <br /> 1. Total petroleiim hydrocarbons as gasoline using EPA Method 8015M or 8260B. <br /> 2. Volatile Organic Compounds(VOC's) b}-EPA liethod 8260B. The analyses must include all <br /> analytes listed in the method plus MTBE,DIPS,ETRE,TAME,TBA,methanol,ethanol 1,2-DCA <br /> and EDB. I <br /> 3. Total Lead by EPA Method 7421. <br /> Soil sample(s) collected in the area of the former waste oil UST are to be analyzed for the following chemicals <br /> using the following methods: <br /> 1. Total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline and diesel using EPA Method 8015;41. <br /> 2. VOC's by EPA Method 8260B. The analyses must include all analytes listed in the method plus <br /> AME,DIPE,ETBE,TAME,TBA,methanol,ethanol 1,2-DCA and EDB. <br /> 3. Semi Volatile Organic Compounds by EEA__Method 82700. if PCP is identified,analyze the sample <br /> for dioxins and furans by EPA Method 8290 and pesticides by EPA Method 8081A r <br /> 4. Oil&Grease using EPA Method 1664A. <br /> 5. PCBs by EPA Method 8082. <br /> 6.
