The site <br /> assessment will consist of the analysis of selected samples collected during the drilling of <br /> four geotechnical soil borings at the site. The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate <br /> the soil conditions on the site. The proposed work will be performed for the purpose of <br /> due diligence relating to a possible property transfer, and is not being carried out to meet <br /> the requirements of any regulatory agency. <br /> This work plan includes a brief discussion of proposed scope of work and schedule <br /> Field and laboratory procedures are presented as Attachment A. <br /> PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The scope of work proposed for this assessment includes the sampling of four <br /> exploratory soil borings at the subject site (Figure I). The borings (SB-I through SB-4) <br /> will be drilled to depths of approximately twenty feet below ground surface (bgs).
