Work Plan for Environmental Investigation May 18 , , 1989 <br /> Proposed ARCO Station Woodbridge, California AGS 39044-1W <br /> Utilities surrounding the site consist of a 6 inch-diameter high <br /> pressure gas line located west of the site in Main Street. In <br /> addition, a Pacific Bell and Pacific Gas and Electric easement is <br /> located on the east side of the property in MAin Street. We <br /> understand this right of- way is currently abandoned. An 8 inch <br /> diameter water line is located on the west side of Main Street. <br /> A 6 inch-diameter sanitary sewer line is located east of the <br /> site. Approximate location of these utilities as supplied on the <br />`r ARCO land planning survey are shown on Plate P-2 . <br /> PROPOSED WORK <br /> The proposed investigation is designed to explore the possibility <br /> of soil and ground water hydrocarbon contamination beneath the <br /> site. The following tasks are proposed and are discussed in the <br /> following sections: <br /> o Acquire permits from the San Joaquin Local Health - <br /> District <br />�r <br /> o Prepare a Site Safety Plan. <br /> o Perform a soil-vapor survey of the site. <br /> o Evaluate the soil-vapor survey results. These results <br /> will be used to assist in locating the proposed soil <br /> borings and proposed monitoring wells. <br /> o Drill three soil borings at the approximate locations <br /> shown on the Generalized Site Plan, subject to review <br /> based on data from the soil-vapor survey. <br /> 5= <br /> Ap A490' GeoSysteinS <br />
