The wells will be abandoned by pressure grouting with neat cement <br /> and drilling out the top five feet of each well. The well box will be removed, and the well <br /> completed to surface grade with concrete grout. <br /> West Hazmat Drilling, Inc. of Sacramento, California, a State-licensed well driller, will <br /> perform the well abandonment activities. A SECOR geologist will observe the well <br /> abandonment.
