'
Current standards, laboratory detection limits, and/or your site specific characteristics (i.e. depth to seasonal
high groundwater, nearby wells, septic systems) make it impossible for PHS/EHD to evaluate your site for
closure.
An"Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release (Leak)/Contaminated Site Report"has not been filed
for this site nor is it considered contaminated. However, if you find site closure certification is necessary,
PHS/EHD would not be able to provide it without.further site investigation. .
Should you wish'to further investigate your facility,PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of California
Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the investigation of leaking UST's. Contact
the PHS/EHD Site Mitigation Unit for further information regarding this matter at (209) 468-3450.
Ernest M. Fujimoto, M.D., M.P.H.
Acting Health Officer
Diane M.
