The DMV was completed and has been in operation since <br /> November 17, 2010. <br /> In November 2012, Stantec observed the destruction of groundwater monitoring wells MW-29, <br /> MW-30, MW-32, and MW-33 located south and southwest of the Mormon Slough and south of <br /> the L&M OU, Delta View Apartments, and West Webber Avenue, Stockton, California. <br /> In February 2013, Stantec began skimmer product removal system installation at the <br /> Waterfront Office Towers parking lot. <br /> 5ta ntec <br />
