I've attached a copy the standard permission slip that we've <br /> used in the past; however, it sounds like an e-mail will suffice. <br /> • Verification that the City of Lathrop has a previously filled out Master File of Record (MFR)with the county. <br /> I've attached a blank copy of the MFR for your review or for use in case the city does not already have one <br /> on file. <br /> He may also wish to confirm with you that your research indicated that the piezometer is no longer part of any <br /> active RWQCB site clean up and will not be missed once abandoned. <br /> Mike returns to the office on Tuesday June 23rd, so I'd like to submit the package to him by Monday COB so he <br /> can review first thing in the morning. <br /> I have the driller tentatively scheduled for Friday the 26th.
