(ARCADIS) has prepared this report to present the results of the contact: <br /> limited Phase II subsurface investigation that was conducted at the San Joaquin Ron Goloubow <br /> Regional Transit District (SJRTD)facility located at 1533 E. Lindsay Street in <br /> Phone: <br /> Stockton, California(herein referred to as the site) A Site Location Map is provided <br /> 510.596.9550 <br /> as Figure 1. The purpose of the subsurface investigation was to assess soil quality <br /> near the eight(8)underground storage tanks (USTs),the fuel dispensing area,and Email: <br /> the pipelines that connect the USTs to the fuel dispensing area at the site (Figure 2). ron.goloubow@arcadis-us.com <br /> Based on the analytical results for the soil samples collected during this investigation <br /> it does not appear that the soil quality in the vicinity of the LISTS,the fuel dispensing our ref: <br /> area, or the pipelines has been significantly affected by the operation of the USTs TF001559.0001 <br /> (see Table 1). <br /> This investigation was conducted in accordance with the"Proposal for Limited Phase <br /> II Subsurface Investigation San Joaquin Regional Transit District Property at 1533 E. <br /> Lindsay Street in Stockton, California" (Proposal), submitted to the SJRTD on March <br /> 13, 2013.The scope of the proposal included the following tasks: <br /> 1.
