PAPER FACILITY <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> L . <br /> t <br /> 1.4 INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr . Kevin Basso of Independent Trucking/Delta <br /> Paper ( "the Client" ) , Innovative and Creative Environmental <br /> Solutions (ICES) has prepared this Work Plan to conduct a site <br /> investigation at the Independent Trucking/Delta Paper facility <br /> located at 401 South Lincoln Street im Stockton, California ( "the <br /> Site" ; Figure 1) . <br /> This Work Plan includes : <br /> r installation of three monitoring wells; <br /> • collecting groundwater samples from the three monitoring <br /> wells; <br /> • collecting soil and grab groundwater samples from three <br /> �. onsite boring locations; and <br /> • recommendations regarding corrective actions based on the <br /> a <br /> results of the site investigation. <br /> This Work Plan was prepared to assess the extent of the <br /> petroleum-affected soil and groundwater which were encountered <br /> during a previous site investigation and undergound storage tank <br /> (UST) removal activities conducted at the Site. San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Division (SJC---EHD) will provide <br /> oversight for the site investigation i3ctivities . <br /> 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The Site is located on the west side of South Lincoln Street <br /> between West Sonora and Church Streets . Independent Trucking and <br /> the Delta Paper facility formerly occupied the Site . <br /> l 1 <br />
