suggest that the local groundwater gradient flows in a
northeasterly direction
' Laboratory analytical results indicated that there were non-
detectable concentrations of TPHg, BTEX, and MTBE in the
groundwater samples collected from wells MW--1, MW-2 , and MW-3 .
' Detectable concentrations of TPHd was encountered in the
groundwater sample collected from MW-1 The grab groundwater
samples collected from wells MW-2 and MW-3 contained non-
detectable concentrations of TPHd.
Based on the findings of this investigation, it appears that
there are decreasing concentrations of TPHd and MTBE in the
' groundwater relative to the results of the previous sampling
events conducted in December 1999 and June 2000 TPHg and BTEX
concentrations in the groundwater remained non-detectable. We
' recommend that no further action be required and are requesting
closure of the groundwater monitoring activities at the Site
based on the non-detectable concentrations of TPHg, BTEX, and
' MTBE; and lower concentrations of TPHd in the groundwater at the
Site.
9.0 EXCLUSIONS
ICES assumes no responsibility or liability for the reliance
' hereon or use hereof of information contained in this report by
anyone other than the party to whom it is addressed
1
1
5
