It was discussed that the feasibility study indicated air <br /> sparge/vapor extraction was the most cost effective remedial alternative. <br /> PHS/EHD will review and comment on the CAP. <br /> 1740 Houston <br /> In a letter dated March 29, 2000, PHS/EHD commented on the report <br /> prepared by Advanced Geo Environmental (AGE) dated February 7, 2000. <br /> It was discussed at the meeting that water samples from monitoring wells <br /> 3,4, and 5 must be collected and analyzed quarterly. In addition, a work <br /> plan to define the lateral and vertical extent of contamination in soil and <br /> groundwater must be submitted. Monitoring wells should be installed <br /> between S135 and MW4 and downgradient of MW4 to evaluate the extent <br /> of the MTBE contaminant plume. - <br /> 1116 First <br /> PHS/EHD has reviewed the closure report for this site and submitted a <br /> request for concurrence from the CVRWQCB for "no further action <br /> required" at this site. <br /> 1465 Lincoln <br /> AGE will be submitting a report of the investigation in the area of the <br /> 12,000 gallon UST.
