Representatives from the City of Stockton <br /> were you, Jim Escobar, and John Fukomoto. PHS/EHD representatives were Margaret Lagorio, <br /> Lori Duncan and Jeff Wong. Consultant representatives were Bill Little from'Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. and Jeanne Homsey from ATC Associates, Inc. The following is a <br /> summary of the site discussions and follow up comments by PHS/EHD: <br /> Fontana Drive at Smith Canal <br /> A new skimmer has been placed in monitoring well 4 to capture the free product in it. <br /> Groundwater monitoring will continue. <br /> 110 W. Sonora <br /> A work plan for a vapor extraction and air sparging pilot test has been submitted and the <br /> test was performed the week of November 23, 1998. <br /> 1740 Houston <br /> A work plan to install two additional monitoring wells has been submitted to PHS/EHD. <br /> The monitoring well in the former underground storage tank area has been covered over. <br /> This well will be located. If the well is no longer usable it will be destroyed under permit <br /> and inspection of PHS/EHD. A replacement well will be installed if the well is destroyed. <br /> 6803 Alexandria <br /> A preliminary assessment has been performed including the installation of a,monitoring <br /> well. The initial groundwater sample results were non detect for contaminants. A <br /> groundwater sample has been collected a second time from this-well. If the results are <br /> non detect for contaminants, the consultant will prepare a report recommending no further <br /> action be required at the site. <br /> 1116 First <br /> A preliminary assessment was performed. A monitoring well has been installed and <br /> groundwater contamination (Methyl Tertiary.Butyl Ether) has been confirmed.
