Meet federal requirements to demonstrate financial responsibility; <br /> 2. Obtain reimbursement for costs of the cleanup of unauthorized <br /> releases of petroleum from USTs; and <br /> 3 . Obtain reimbursement for damages awarded to third parties who are <br /> injured by petroleum releases. <br /> The maximum amount available from the and is 5990,000 per occurrence. <br /> Claimants are responsible for the first 510,000 of eligible 'costs. <br /> Applications must be submitted to the SWRCS Clean Up Fund to undergo <br /> eligibility ranking for funding in the 1995-96 state fiscal budget year.
