The sampling technician wore disposable gloves while collecting all samples. ' A chain of custody document, listing all samples collected and their intended analyses, accompanied the samples from field to the laboratory, thereby providing a means to track the ! movement of and ensure the integrity of the samples. The analytical data were submitted to GeoTracker as required under AB 2886 on October 6, ' 2004 after the GeoTracker Administrator corrected some minor technical problems. The confirmation code for the submittal is 4177174210. 2.2 Laboratory Analysis ! Groundwater samples collected on July 14, 2004, were delivered to Sherwood Labs Corporation of Hilmar, California(FLAP# 1400) for analyses of: • Benzene,Toluene,Ethyl Benzene, and Total Xylenes (BTEX) by EPA method 8020/8015 • Gasoline Range Organics (TPH-G)by EPA method 8020/8015 • MTBE by EPA method 8020/8015 o Positive results were confirmed by EPA method 8260 ! The results of the laboratory analyses are listed in Table 3 of Appendix A. Detection limits and analytical results are presented in Appendix B. ! The analytical data were submitted to GeoTracker as required under AB 2886 on September 29, 2004. The confirmation code for the submittal is 3238875269. 2.3 Analytical Results Laboratory results, completed on July 19, 2004 indicate the following: • MW-1 has low levels of BTEX and TPH-G constituents ! • MW-2, MW-3, MW-5 and MW-101 were non-detect above laboratory reporting limits for all analyzed constituents. • MW-4 show trace levels of some BTEX constituents ! • The domestic well was non-detect above laboratory reporting limits for all analyzed constituents and has been non-detect since testing began on January 28, 1997. ! !
