D., M.P.H., Acting Health Officer •`: __ <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor • Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> E 209/468-3420 <br /> July 21, 1997 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN for soil <br /> contamination from the underground storage tanks (UST's) located at 7505 Linne <br /> Road, Tracy has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD).° The plan is a proposal to extract vapors <br /> from the soil which has been contaminated,due to unauthorized releases from the <br /> UST's which were located on the property and destroy the vapors by a thermal <br /> oxidation process. <br /> PHS/EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action,Requirement's, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public,review at PHS/EHD, 304 E. Weber Avenue, <br /> Stockton during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Final PHS/EHD <br /> approval for the plan is scheduled for August 22, 1997. <br /> Questions regarding the specific site concerns or procedures should be directed to <br /> Margaret Lagorio, Supervising REHS, at (209) 468-3449 or sent in writing to her at 304 <br /> E.
