INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK <br /> At the request of Mr. Franklyn Cole, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this <br />' Quarterly Report for 7505 West Linne Road. Tracy, California(the site). This report summarizes the <br /> installation and sampling of three ground water wells at the site. The location and vicinity of the site <br />' are illustrated on Figure I and structures, borings, and former UST and dispenser locations on the <br /> site are illustrated on Figure 2. <br />' The report is prepared in accordance with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites. <br /> Background information and a description of prior investigations at the site was included in the Site <br /> Summary Report - October 1996, dated 22 October 1996 prepared by AGE. <br />' 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> jo The installation and sampling of the ground water monitoring wells on the site were conducted in <br /> accordance with the Work Plan -April 1999, dated 23 April 1999 and prepared by AGE. The work <br /> plan was approved by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health <br />' Division (PHS-EHD) by letter dated 29 April 1999. <br />' 2.1. DRILLING/SAMPLING AND WELL DESIGN <br />' On 23 August 1999, one ground water monitoring well designated well MW-1 was installed on-site. <br /> Drilling and sampling was performed using a.truck-mounted CME 75-HT drill rig equipped with <br />' continuous flight 8-inch augers. The drill rig and two-man crew were provided by Cal Nev Geo <br /> Exploration Drilling of Rancho Cordova, California. <br />' On 21 September 1999, two additional ground water monitoring wells designated wells MW-2 and <br /> MW-3 were installed at the site.
