' Corrective Action Status Report - February 1998 <br /> • Franklyn Cole Property <br />' 7505 West Linne Road,Tracy, California <br /> ' 1.0. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK <br /> At the request of Mr. Franklyn Cole,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this <br /> ' Corrective Action Status Report for the property located at 7505 West Linne Road, Tracy,California <br /> (the site). The site setting is illustrated on Figure 1. Structures, borings, and former underground <br /> ' storage tanks (USTs) and dispenser locations on the site are illustrated on Figure 2. This report <br /> summarizes the collection of soil samples for analysis to confirm the effectiveness of the corrective <br /> action at the site. The scope of work included the installation of two soil borings, the collection of <br /> 1 soil samples, a water sample, and the analysis of the samples. The current assessment of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon-impacted soil is necessary to compare current hydrocarbon concentrations to pre- <br /> remediation hydrocarbon concentrations to evaluate the effectiveness of the SVE operation and <br /> determine the necessity for continued SVE operation. <br /> The report is prepared in accordance with San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> ' Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CVRWQCB) guidelines for the corrective action of unauthorized petroleum release from <br /> • underground storage tanks (USTs). The field work was preformed in accordance with the Remedial <br /> Action Work Plan, dated 17 March 1997, prepared by AGE and approved by the PHS-EHD on 21 <br /> March 1997. <br /> tBackground information and a description of prior investigations performed at the site were <br /> presented in the Site Summary Report- October 1996, dated 22 October 1996, prepared by AGE. <br /> ' An SVE system was in operation on the site from March 1998 to November 1998, the approved six- <br /> month period of operation. Rebound testing has not been performed. Information regarding and a <br /> description of the soil vapor extraction(SVE)unit setup was summarized in Quarterly Report-June <br /> ' 1998,dated 15 September 1998,prepared by AGE. SVE Operation and corrective action monitoring <br /> was summarized in Quarterly Report -December 1998, dated 04 January 1999, prepared by AGE. <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> ' The field work was preformed in accordance with the Remedial Action Work Plan, dated 17 March <br /> 1997,prepared by AGE and approved by the-PHS-EHD on 21 March 1997. <br /> 2.1. PROBE BORING AND SAMPLING <br /> On 11 February 1999, two soil probe borings (CBI and CB2) were advanced at the site, under <br /> • observation by the PHS-EHD.
