SITE SUMMARY REPORT <br /> October 1996 <br /> Franklyn Cole Properties <br /> 7505 West Linne Road <br />' Tracy, California <br />' 1.0. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK <br /> In accordance with a request from Mr. Franklyn Cole,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has <br />' prepared this Site Summary Report for 7505 West Linne Road, Tracy, California (the site). This <br /> report summarizes the calculation of the mass of hydrocarbons remaining soil and data from the <br /> computer aided modeling. The location and vicinity of the site is illustrated on Figure 1 -Location <br /> Map; structures,borings and former UST and dispenser locations on the site are illustrated on Figure <br /> 2 -Site Plan. <br /> The report is prepared in accordance with San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank (UST) site. <br /> 2.0. SITE DESCIPTION AND BACKGROUND <br /> 2.1. SITE LOCATION <br />' The site is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Chrisman Road and Linne Road in <br /> a rural/agricultural area of low topographic relief southeast of Tracy, California, in San Joaquin <br /> County. A grocery store, restaurant and office complex currently occupy the site. <br /> Two ground water wells are located on the site. One well is located approximately 150 feet west of <br /> the UST investigation area and a secondary well is located approximately 250 feet west of the former <br /> UST investigation area. Based on the Well Completion Report for the domestic well drilled on the <br /> site in 1992,the well was constructed with a sanitary seal to a•depth of 100 feet, and-is screened over <br />' the depth interval of 160 to 200 feet bsg. Ground water was measured at a depth of 54 feet below <br /> surface grade (bsg). <br />' Jefferson School is located on the southeast corner of Linne Road and Chrisinan Road approximately <br /> 600 feet southeast of the site. The ground water well utilized by the Jefferson School District is <br /> located approximately 700 feet southeast of the former UST area. <br /> 2.2. REGIONAL GEOLOGICAL AND HYDROGEOLOGICAL SETTING <br /> The. subject site is located in the western portion of the Great Valley geomorphic province of <br />
